BOT, Staff, and Coordinators' Recollection and Team Building, 2015

This year’s recollection and team building of KMBA Board of Trustees members, area coordinators, and management team was held in Baguio City from 30 January to 1 February. Held at the Assumption Sabbath Place, the recollection focused on self-awareness and spiritually-centered growth: (1) recognizing one’s strengths as a woman, mother, wife, and leader; (2) building upon each other the value of commitment to serve KMBA's vision and mission; (3) developing new friends and enhancing old ones; and (4) taking time to relax from everyday life in one’s home and community. The two-day indoor session was facilitated by Dave Daulo and assisted by Zenaida Giron of the Emmaus Center for Psycho-Spiritual Formation. It was preceded by a round of the popular sights of Baguio City and, to many, a first-time experience as a tourist in the country’s summer capital, even just for a day.
