KMBA Trains CAPS-R

KMBA General Manager Silvida Reyes-Antiquera, Finance Manager Evelyn A. Lagmay, and Management Information Systems Officer Aljon L. Laureano recently visited the Cebu Archdiocesan Program for Self-Reliance, Inc. (CAPS-R), a KMBA key partner organization in the Visayas.  The 18-20 July visit centered on training CAPS-R management team members on the KMBA Online Information System (KOINS). KMBA uses this system in managing insurance transactions and client information and in easily creating reports on the basis of these transactions. Its partner institutions could make use of KOINS in monitoring payments and client information.

The KMBA team also visited centers in Toledo City and Carcar City, and met with some CAPS-R members to provide orientation sessions on its products and services. CAPS-R has over 10,000 members in cities and municipalities of Cebu Province, and has been a KMBA partner since 2011.
