KMBA elected to Mi-MBA Board of Trustees

KMBA General Manager Silvida Reyes-Antiquera and Board of Trustees President Elizabeth Yayon attended the recent general assembly of the newly organized Microinsurance Mutual Benefit Association of the Philippines, Inc., or Mi-MBA. This organization emerged from the RIMANSI Organization for Asia and the Pacific, Inc., a technical resource center organized in 2005 to serve the needs of microfinance institutions engaged in microinsurance.

Held on 30 March 2015 at the Legend Villas in Mandaluyong City, the general assembly discussed Mi-MBA membership guidelines and responsibilities. An election of officers took place during the afternoon session. KMBA General Manager Reyes-Antiquera was elected secretary of the Board of Trustees.
