NTUC Income is a Singapore-based life and general insurance company founded in 1970 by the localNational Trades Union Congress. The two-day activity for AOA members involved lecture-discussions on NTUC, focusing on the topic “Organization Change and Digital Innovation,” and visits to branches and other centers of its field operation.
