KMBA gears up for new building

General Manager Silvida Reyes-Antiquera and Executive Assistant Analyn Shih attended a seminar on Building and Condo Management on 22 February 2019 at the Inquirer Academy in Makati. The session, facilitated by Eduardo A. Manahan, MPA, covered topics on handling client/renter/tenant relations, understanding roles and duties of a property manager, and dealing with contracts, deed of restrictions, and related items, among others.

KMBA has been preparing for its transfer to its building, which is more than halfway through construction completion. It is expected to be ready for occupancy my midyear.
