KMBA conducts strategic review session

Members of KMBA’s management team, led by General Manager Silvida Reyes-Antiquera, conducted a strategic review of the organization’s 2017-2022 plan on 16-18 September 2018. Facilitated by Maria Anna de Rosas-Ignacio, general manager of KASAGANA-KA Credit and Savings Cooperative (K-Coop), the session included SWOT (strength-weaknesses-opportunities-threats) analysis and Enneagram assessments. The three-day stay in Tagaytay City also enabled the staff to further strengthen their bond.
